APPRENTICESHIP
Are you looking for an apprenticeship? We offer apprenticeships for mechatronics technicians and company logistics specialists. In both apprenticeships, our apprentices rotate between different departments, perform exciting tasks and get to know many colleagues at the same time.  They gain an insight into a wide range of production processes and are involved as closely as possible. Apprenticeship training at Schiebel starts every September.
 
The quality of your apprenticeship is particularly important to Schiebel, which is why, in addition to on-the-job training and vocational school, exciting specialist lectures, training in personal development and project work take place. Of course, Schiebel will support you at the end of your apprenticeship in preparing for your final apprenticeship examination (LAP). To broaden your qualifications, you can also choose the "apprenticeship and Matura" model with us.

REVIEW OF THE APPLICATION
In the first step, your documents will be carefully reviewed by us in consultation with the relevant department.
 
INTERVIEW
If your qualifications match the vacant position, we will invite you to an interview. The first interview usually takes place online. In a second round on site in Vienna or Wr. Neustadt, you will then get to know your future supervisor and our personnel management in person.

A GOOD START
The first impression is important. To give our employees a good start in our company, we offer a mentoring programme. Each new employee is supported by a mentor during his or her first few weeks at work.
