High-Tech Company and Global Market Leader

The Schiebel Group is a globally operating high-tech company and market leader in the field of unmanned, 200 kg, helicopters (CAMCOPTER® S-100) and mine detection systems. For us, it's not just about technology - it's about visions that take flight!
 
For our locations in 1050 Vienna and Wiener Neustadt we are looking for a service-orientated person for 20 hours for our Front Desk. You will strengthen our team with your outstanding organisational talent and will be the proverbial first positive impression of our company. 

Your Mission

As a stand-in, you will work at both of our locations (70% Wiener Neustadt, 30% Vienna) 
  • Supporting the reception team and covering holidays and sick leave
  • General office management tasks incl. mail, telephone and filing
  • Correspondence in German and English
  • Reception and support of guests from international delegations
  • Appointment and travel management (incl. flight and hotel bookings)
  • Support in vehicle fleet management
  • Ordering and office supplies management
  • Simple invoice control
  • Dealing with the authorities

What you bring

  • Commercial education (HAK, HAS, ...) or similar professional experience
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Person of trust with high loyalty and discretion
  • Committed, open personality with a professional demeanour
  • High flexibility, ability to work under pressure and a high level of service understanding
  • Driving licence B
  • Willingness to work at both locations in Vienna and Wr. Neustadt

The gross annual salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metalworking industry. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
