To strengthen our team in 1050 Vienna, we are looking for a person of trust to join the management team for immediate entry.

Your Mission

  • Independent processing, support and implementation of the strategy process and handling of strategic projects
  • Independent support of the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) within the company
  • Administrative support of the Managing Director in day-to-day business and coordination of appointments and travel
  • The challenge of managing strategic management on the one hand and administrative tasks in day-to-day business on the other
  • Organisation of workshops and preparation of presentation documents for the management and the Supervisory Board
  • Moderation and taking minutes at a wide variety of meetings
  • Stakeholder management for the management
  • Interface to the management for internal communication in German and English
  • Employee responsibility and management of a three-person Office & Travel Management team

What you bring

  • Completed studies in the technical or economic field 
  • Experience or training in project management an advantage 
  • Initial experience in employee management an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent handling of MS Office programs
  • Personality with quick comprehension, initiative, self-organisation and maximum discretion 
  • Organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and commitment 
  • Willingness to work once a week at the Wiener Neustadt site

The gross annual salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metalworking industry. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
