For our location in Wiener Neustadt, we are looking for an aviation-enthusiastic, tech-savvy individual who seeks anything but routine.

Your Responsibilities

  • In this position, you will prepare ground tests and development flights with the unmanned helicopters CAMCOPTER® S-100 and S-300 and carry them out according to the test specifications.
  • You will create test reports and systematic documentation of all activities and results for our development department.
  • Additionally, you will plan and coordinate the tests to be conducted independently.
  • You will also assist in the analysis of technical problems and the improvement of product quality in close collaboration with other departments such as maintenance & documentation.
  • To be prepared for these diverse tasks, you will receive a 2-month training in Wiener Neustadt to obtain a pilot license.

Your Profile

  • Completed technical education (e.g., HTL with a focus on aeronautics or mechatronics, or Federal Technical School for Aeronautics in Langenlebarn).
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a technical environment, preferably in the aviation industry, is desired.
  • Very good technical German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • A Category B driver's license is required.
  • A Category BE driver's license would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel for national and international business trips (approx. 20–30%).
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style, as well as the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Strong team orientation combined with a self-reliant and proactive working approach.

The minimum salary is based on the collective agreement for metal industry employees and amounts to 38,178 Euros gross per year. There is a willingness to pay more depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
