To strengthen our team at the Wiener Neustadt location, we are looking for an aviation-enthusiastic individual to start their career as an operator of the CAMCOPTER® at Schiebel. After completing training in the complex world of UAVs, you will work as an operator and trainer for customers and future UAS operators.
Your Mission
- You will receive in-house the Operator License as the first step on your path to becoming a Flight Instructor.
- Organizing and conducting training in the field of flight operations (theory and practice) for our international customers and employees.
- Creating, developing, and updating training materials and corresponding documentation.
- Assessing and evaluating the individual progress of flight students, including training examinations.
- Maintaining and developing training standards and adapting them as needed to ensure compliance and the highest quality.
- Worldwide business trips required to support the training and education of our customers (approximately 50%).
- Additionally, you will independently develop your knowledge and skills in the field of the CAMCOPTER® S-100.
What you need as a prerequisite
- Knowledge and understanding in the field of manned and/or unmanned aviation.
- Extensive experience in technology, ideally in aviation.
- Experience as a trainer is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- A role model attitude and genuine interest in the success of your students.
- Worldwide business trips, occasionally up to 50% of the year, are more of a welcome change than a burden for you.
- The desire to expand your knowledge and skills and grow with us in the long term.
- Goal-oriented, responsible, and independent work ethic.
- Respectful interaction with colleagues, customers, and foreign cultures.
- Possessing a PPL or CPL FI is an advantage.

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. There is a willingness to pay above this amount depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
