What you can expect from us
- You will drive the further development of our exclusive Wankel engines using state-of-the-art equipment
- You will carry out development and production tests on the engine test bench
- You will set up test procedures, supervise them professionally and always maintain an overview
- Your technical expertise will also be required for the collection and evaluation of measurement and test data
- You will prepare test equipment and engines and position them for testing.
- You will set up measuring instruments precisely and calibrate them to ensure smooth test bench operation.
- To ensure that everything runs smoothly, you will take care of the maintenance and servicing of the test bench facilities and test equipment – from tools to engines.
- You will carry out tests using common test bench operating systems and evaluate the results
- Based on your measurement data, you will make clear technical statements and provide valuable insights for further development
What you bring
- Technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) in automotive engineering or mechatronics or professional experience in a similar field
- Experience with test benches or engine technology is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of measurement and control technology
- Good English and PC skills
- Ideally, experience with AVL PUMA and/or APICOM HORUS or other test bench automation systems
- Independent, precise working style and a high level of quality awareness
- Passion for combustion engines and enjoyment of working on top-of-the-line products
