The Schiebel Group of companies is a world-wide high-tech electronic enterprise for Unmanned Air Systems (CAMCOPTER® S-100) and Mine Detection Systems.

Your Duties:

  • You will be the Project Manager of the development program of a new type of unmanned helicopter.
  • In this role, you shall have an permanent overall view of the program and manage the collaboration between various development departments.
  • As a Project Manager you shall ensure that the program deadlines, costs and budgets are met, program risks are identified and necessary escalation steps are initiated.
  • The main point of contact to our national and international development partners within this program will be you.
  • You will work closely with our internal departments, beside engineering (i.e. Sales, Supply Chain) and will be the in direct contact to the Senior Management.

Our Requirements:

  • You have completed a technical education (i.e. university / higher technical school) in the fields of aeronautics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in development program or project management, in an international environment, is mandatory.
  • You work well organized and structured, have excellent communication skills, are flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • You are interested in technology and ideally have an aviation background.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential.
  • You have excellent MS Office skills.
  • A degree as a certified project manager is an advantage.

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable Collective Agreement of the Metal Industry for salaried employees. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and work experience.
