Your Responsibilities
- Interface with external payroll accounting: Preparation and review of monthly payroll
- Processing HR-related monthly and annual financial statements and coverage checks
- Independent and comprehensive handling of ongoing personnel administration: from creating employment contracts to onboarding new employees and addressing other concerns (especially working hour changes, parental leave, master data maintenance, time & absence management, confirmations, exit process management, etc.)
- Business trips: Handling travel/expense accounting
- Collaboration with authorities and offices
- Personnel controlling: Determining relevant HR metrics and evaluations via Excel
- Processes: Creating and further developing HR processes (active design and implementation)
- Supporting HR management and the HR team in conceptual and operational HR topics
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in the HR field with a focus on payroll processes and HR administration
- Knowledge of labor law and payroll accounting
- Experience with HR metrics and HR reporting
- Sage DPW knowledge is clearly an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills - especially Excel - are required
- Due to the international nature of the role, English - in addition to your native language German - is an important requirement
