Join our HR team in Wiener Neustadt and actively shape the development of our HR administration & payroll processes as an HR Specialist.

Your Responsibilities

  • Interface with external payroll accounting: Preparation and review of monthly payroll
  • Processing HR-related monthly and annual financial statements and coverage checks
  • Independent and comprehensive handling of ongoing personnel administration: from creating employment contracts to onboarding new employees and addressing other concerns (especially working hour changes, parental leave, master data maintenance, time & absence management, confirmations, exit process management, etc.)
  • Business trips: Handling travel/expense accounting
  • Collaboration with authorities and offices
  • Personnel controlling: Determining relevant HR metrics and evaluations via Excel
  • Processes: Creating and further developing HR processes (active design and implementation)
  • Supporting HR management and the HR team in conceptual and operational HR topics

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience in the HR field with a focus on payroll processes and HR administration
  • Knowledge of labor law and payroll accounting
  • Experience with HR metrics and HR reporting
  • Sage DPW knowledge is clearly an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills - especially Excel - are required
  • Due to the international nature of the role, English - in addition to your native language German - is an important requirement

The minimum salary is based on the collective agreement for metal industry employees and amounts to 3,500 euros gross per month. The actual salary depends on your professional experience and individual qualifications and will be clarified in a personal conversation with you.
