We are looking for a QA Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and correctness of software applications through structured testing and validation. The role involves executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver stable and high-quality software.

Your Mission

  • Understand software requirements, workflows, and expected system behaviour
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, regression, and system testing
  • Perform black-box testing to validate application behaviour against requirements
  • Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing for releases
  • Collaborate with developers, product, and integration teams to clarify issues and requirements
  • Maintain test documentation, reports, and traceability records
  • Participate in release validation and sign-off activities

What you bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and lifecycle
  • Experience in manual testing of desktop applications
  • Ability to write clear and structured test cases and defect reports
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Notion)
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data validation, and system workflows
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

The following would be a clear advantage: 

  • Exposure to Aviation software testing
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
  • Basic knowledge of validation techniques
  • Experience testing integration-heavy or workflow-driven systems
