As a member of our project management team in the design organization (office in 1050 Vienna), you ensure that technical innovations and new developments seamlessly integrate into our existing products. You accompany projects from the initial idea to series production and coordinate various specialist areas.

Your Mission

  • Planning, coordination, and monitoring of technical development projects in the field of unmanned aviation
  • Coordination of projects internally and with external international development partners
  • Resource planning and coordination in collaboration with department heads
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and budgets, as well as initiating corrective actions through escalation in project crises
  • Regular reporting to management

What You Bring

  • Completed technical education (University/ FH/ HTL) in the fields of aviation, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar
  • Initial professional experience in project management in an international environment
  • Knowledge in technical project management
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Aviation/ avionics knowledge is an advantage
  • Certification as a project manager is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational talent and good communication skills
  • Resilient, reliable, and precise working style
  • Independent and flexible working style

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. There is a willingness to pay above this amount depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
