As a member of our project management team in the design organization, you will ensure that technical innovations and new developments flow seamlessly into our existing products. You will accompany projects from the initial idea through to series production and coordinate various specialist areas.

Your Mission

  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of technical development projects in the field of unmanned aviation
  • Coordination of projects internally and with external international development partners
  • Resource planning and coordination in cooperation with the department heads
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and budget as well as initiating corrective measures by escalating in the event of project crises 
  • Regular reporting to management

What you bring

  • Completed technical education (Uni/ FH/ HTL) in the fields of aviation, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or similar
  • First professional experience in project management in an international environment
  • Knowledge of technical project management
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of aviation/avionics is an advantage
  • Qualification as a certified project manager is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and good communication skills
  • Resilient, reliable and precise way of working
  • Independent and flexible working style

The gross annual salary is based on the applicable collective agreement of the metal industry for salaried employees. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
