Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for demand-oriented material planning and creation of forecasts to ensure optimal supply for production
- Planning, approval, and control of production orders as well as commissioning of external services in the ERP system
- Ongoing deadline tracking and coordination of orders and purchases in close collaboration with sales, procurement, and production, considering capacities, requirements, and delivery dates
- Ensuring a smooth material and information flow along the entire value chain
- Active participation and continuous optimization of internal planning, procurement, and logistics processes
- Analysis of planning and process workflows as well as deriving and implementing improvement potentials
Our Requirements
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in production planning, work preparation, or production control, ideally in prototype or plant construction
- Confident handling of ERP systems and a strong understanding of production and planning processes
- High resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good organizational skills and a high degree of self-responsibility
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Excellent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metal industry and is set at a minimum annual gross salary of 40,856 euros for full-time employment (38.5 hours). There is a willingness to pay more depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
