The Schiebel Group of companies is a world-wide high-tech electronic enterprise for Unmanned Air Systems (CAMCOPTER® S-100) and Mine Detection Systems.

Your Duties:

  • You will organize and conduct training courses in the area of flight operations (theory and practice) for our customers and employees.
  • This also includes the creation, further development and updating of training material and corresponding documentation.
  • Assessing and evaluating the individual performance progress of students is also part of your duties.
  • You will conduct student evaluations and specific training examinations.
  • You will also maintain and develop training standards, adapting them when required to ensure compliance and the highest quality.
  • You will conduct worldwide business trips, required to support our customers training and continuous education.
  • In addition, you will independently develop your knowledge and skills in the area of the CAMCOPTER® S-100.

Our Requirements:

  • You have knowledge and understanding in the field of manned and/or unmanned aviation.
  • In addition, you already bring extensive training experience in the area of technology, ideally in aviation.
  • You will act as a role model for your students.
  • You have a genuine interest in the success of others.
  • Business trips of up to 30% per year are a benefit for you.
  • You are self-driven concerning Continuous Professional Development and eager to increase your knowledge and your skills.
  • You also have very good communication and presentation skills.
  • You work in a goal-oriented, responsible and independent manner.
  • Respectful interaction with colleagues, customers and foreign cultures is a matter of course for you.
  • You also have a very good command of written and spoken English.
  • If you have a PPL or CPL FI, this is an advantage.

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable Collective Agreement of the Metal Trade for salaried employees. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and work experience.
