The Schiebel Group is a globally operating high-tech electronics company and market leader in the field of unmanned helicopters (CAMCOPTER® S-100 and S-300). For us, it's not just about technology – it's about visions that take off! 
 
We are consistently working on expanding our global IT infrastructure and security systems because a stable and efficient IT infrastructure is the key to our company's success. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual in the field of IT support. Since we have locations in both Vienna 5 and Wiener Neustadt, your presence will regularly be required at both sites.

How We Take Off Together

When the printer stops working, the Wi-Fi acts up, or passwords suddenly disappear – that's when IT support steps in. As the first point of contact for all IT-related questions, you ensure that everyday work runs smoothly, systems function reliably, and downtime is kept to a minimum. This allows everyone to focus on their actual tasks instead of dealing with IT problems.

Your Responsibilities

  • First and second level support (remote and on-site)
  • Installation and integration of new systems, including encryption
  • IT training for new employees during onboarding
  • Administration of server and client environments

What You Bring

  • Several years of professional experience in IT support
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning in your field
  • Excellent German and English skills as well as a proactive communication style
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment
  • Familiarity with common security standards is an advantage
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Own car and 
  • Willingness to work in both Wiener Neustadt (ample parking available) and Vienna's 5th district

The gross annual salary is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry and starts at 38,183.60 euros in usage group III. There is a willingness to pay more depending on your qualifications and experience.
