Your Responsibilities
- Preparing molds for production
- Laying production molds (lay-up) with various pre-impregnated composite materials (prepreg technology)
- Performing finishing work (trimming, drilling, sanding, filling, etc.)
- Demolding cured components after the hardening process
- Cleaning molds
- Filling out process-relevant documents
- Optional business trips after appropriate training
What You Bring
- Completed apprenticeship in a craft profession such as furniture or art carpenter, tailor, or other professions requiring fine motor skills
- Experience in small series production, ideally related to prototyping
- Good craftsmanship skills
- Precise working method
- High level of quality awareness & self-responsibility
- Team-oriented personality
- Good German skills
- Basic knowledge of English is desirable
- Willingness to travel

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metal industry and provides for a minimum gross remuneration of 38,183.60 euros per year. There is a willingness to pay more depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
