- Graduation in Hand: You have completed your compulsory education – good grades in math and English make you even stronger.

The apprentice compensation is based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry and starts at 935.66 euros gross per month in the first year of apprenticeship. With good grades in vocational school, there are additional bonuses – performance should be rewarded!

- You can apply online starting now. We will then take some time to review all applications and invite the most interesting candidates to an initial interview via Microsoft Teams.
- Those who impress here will be invited to trial days directly in the department. This is your and our opportunity to get to know each other properly: you see our operations, our departments – and we see you in action.
- After that, the decision is made: We select the top candidate and give the confirmation.
- The apprenticeship contract is signed – and you still have time until the start in September 2026 to experience something great: travel, gain practical experience, or simply enjoy the summer. The main thing is that you come to us curious, motivated, and full of energy.
