Your Duties:

  • Your role will involve planning and managing customer projects in the area of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) in terms of quality, costs and time.
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer-specific ILS plans and strategies.
  • You coordinate all ILS-relevant customer contract components with the responsible internal and external interfaces.
  • You will deal with the implementation and alignment of ASD specifications.
  • The procurement and maintenance of all relevant product-related structural information and material master data in the database is your area of responsibility.
  • You provide material data for the technical documentation.
  • You take care of the coordination of article changes in the course of the
    change process.
  • You will carry out life cycle cost calculations and analyze improvement potentials.

Our Requirements:

  • You have completed technical education, preferably in the aerospace sector.
  • You have already gained professional experience in the field of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS).
  • You also have experience in the application of ASD specifications (SX000i,
    S1000D, S2000M and S3000L) and with databases (e.g. HICO IPS Suite).
  • Knowledge of the ILS standards DEF-STAN 00-600 and MIL-STD-1369 round off your profile.
  • You have no problems working with MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Very good written and spoken German and English are among your strengths.
  • You can demonstrate an analytical, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills and intercultural competence competence characterize you.
  • You are willing to travel to a small extent (max. 10%).

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable Collective Agreement of the Metal Industry for salaried employees. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and work experience.
