We are consistently working on expanding our global IT infrastructure and security systems because a stable and efficient IT infrastructure is the key to our company's success. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual in the field of IT support. Since we have locations in both Vienna 5 and Wiener Neustadt, your presence is regularly required at both sites.

When the printer stops working, the Wi-Fi acts up, or passwords suddenly disappear – that's when IT support steps in. As the first point of contact for all IT-related questions, you ensure that the company's daily operations run smoothly, systems are maintained, and downtime is minimized. Only in this way can we guarantee that we can drive our innovations forward. 

What Tasks Await You With Us

  • First and Second Level Support (Remote and On-Site)
  • Installation and integration of new systems, including encryption
  • IT training for new employees during onboarding
  • Administration of server and client environments

What You Bring With You

  • Several years of professional experience in IT support
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning in your field
  • Excellent German and English skills as well as a proactive communication style
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment
  • Familiarity with common security standards is an advantage
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Willingness to work in both Wiener Neustadt (ample parking available) and Vienna's 5th district
  • Own car

The gross annual salary is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry. There is a willingness to pay above this amount depending on your qualifications and experience.
