To strengthen our team at the 1050 Vienna location, we are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled person to join our building services department on July 1, 2025 for 20 to 25 hours per week.

Your Mission

  • Independently carry out maintenance and repair work on the company building and technical systems (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning and elevator systems, sanitary areas)
  • Carry out minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and repairs, including painting and varnishing work directly on site
  • Support and coordinate external suppliers for the areas of maintenance, servicing and major repairs
  • Obtain and coordinate quotations and organize appointments
  • Administrative tasks and documentation

What you bring

  • Completed technical training in building services engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in technical maintenance
  • Commercial understanding
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • High service orientation, ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Driving license B required
  • Willingness to travel between our locations in Vienna and Wiener Neustadt 
  • Desirable:
    • Fire protection course
    • Lift attendant course
    • Forklift license

The gross annual salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
