High Tech Company and Global Market Leader

The Schiebel Group is a globally operating high-tech company and market leader in the field of unmanned helicopters (CAMCOPTER® S-100 and S-300) and mine detection devices. For us, it's not just about technology – it's about visions that take off!

For our location in Wiener Neustadt, we are looking for a committed reinforcement for our team in work preparation to start immediately.

A key focus of your activity is the transition of production from development to manufacturing. You will accompany new and modified products and assemblies and ensure that all necessary documents, information, and master data for production and procurement are complete and up-to-date.

In close collaboration with planning, you will design production orders and act as the central interface between development, planning, and the shop floor. For changes, deviations, and open points, you will coordinate the necessary measures and ensure clear and targeted communication.

For this position, an understanding of both technical and logistical aspects is a prerequisite.

Your Tasks

  • Carrying out the transition of production from development and change stages into manufacturing
  • Active interface function between development, planning, purchasing, production, and logistics/shop floor
  • Preparation of manufacturing documents, work plans, bills of materials, and manufacturing information
  • Co-design and preparation of production orders in close coordination with planning during prototypes, initial series, and changes
  • Creation, maintenance, and adjustment of master data in the ERP system (proALPHA)
  • Continuous optimization of workflows, manufacturing processes, and master data quality

Our Requirements

  • You are familiar with work preparation from practice, ideally in prototype or plant construction, and are well-versed in ERP systems
  • Through a completed technical education (HTL, technical school, university, or FH), preferably in mechanical engineering or electronics, you have a profound technical understanding
  • You work structured, are well organized, and communicate clearly and confidently
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent German and good English skills in both spoken and written form are also mandatory
  • You think analytically and process-oriented and maintain an overview even with complex tasks
  • You stand out with an independent and solution-oriented working style
  • When things need to move quickly, you remain resilient, focused, and capable of action – even under time pressure

What We Offer

  • A varied role revolving around unmanned helicopters – from planning to implementation
  • A team where people work directly with each other, have short communication paths, and can rely on one another
  • Benefits: meal subsidies, sports offers, bike leasing, employee events, fresh fruit, etc.
  • Development opportunities that suit you – professionally, methodically, or specifically for your next task
  • With our flexitime model, you can organize your workday flexibly
  • Home office is occasionally possible if the task and collaboration allow it

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metal industry and is set at a minimum annual gross salary of 38,183.60 euros for full-time employment (38.5 hours).
