High-Tech Company and Global Market Leader

The Schiebel Group is a globally operating high-tech company and market leader in the field of unmanned helicopters (CAMCOPTER® S-100 and S-300) and mine detection devices. For us, it's not just about technology – it's about visions that take off!

What Makes Us Successful

Our mission is to develop technologies that function reliably in extreme situations – autonomously, safely, and precisely.
Our embedded software forms the intelligent core of the CAMCOPTER® platform. Among other things, your code decides whether a system flies, lands, or remains stable in the air. We believe: Good embedded software gets the CAMCOPTER® airborne, saves resources, and expands what is technically possible.

How We Work

With a flexible setup, clear vision, and genuine engineering spirit. You are part of the new generation embedded team. Whether it's mini-controllers for sensors or complex real-time flight control: you are in the middle of it, not just at the interface. We develop well-thought-out system and software architectures, write clean unit tests, clear specifications, and work hand in hand with our test teams. State-of-the-art tools, DO-178C certification, and continuous integration are your daily toolkit.
For us, leadership does not mean giving instructions but providing guidance and taking the team along both technically and personally.

What Awaits You Specifically

  • UAV Impact: You will continue developing the CAMCOPTER® S-100 within the established embedded team and simultaneously shape the next generations of helicopters – where innovation truly takes off.
  • C-Crafting: You will design software in C that not only runs but performs reliably in critical missions.
  • Realtime Precision: You will work on real-time operating systems, where every millisecond counts, and your code directly influences flight behavior.
  • Architecture Shaping: You will contribute your ideas to architectural decisions and help lay robust, future-proof software foundations.
  • Testing: You will test at all levels – unit, integration, system – ensuring the quality that a UAV needs in the air.
  • Team Spirit: Work in a motivated team with genuine passion for technology.
