High-Tech Company and Global Market Leader

The Schiebel Group is a global high-tech company and market leader in the
field of unmanned helicopters (CAMCOPTER® S-100 and S-300) and mine detection devices. For us, it's not just about technology – it's about visions that take off!

Why we do what we've been doing since 1951

Our mission is to develop technologies that function reliably in extreme situations - autonomously, safely and precisely. Our embedded software forms the intelligent heart of the CAMCOPTER® platform. Among other things, your code decides whether a system flies, lands or remains stable in the air. We believe that good embedded software gets the CAMCOPTER® in the air, saves resources and expands what is technically possible.

How we work

With a flexible setup, a clear vision and a genuine engineering spirit. You are part of the new generation of embedded teams. Whether it's mini controllers for sensor technology or complex real-time flight control, you are right in the middle of it, rather than just at the interface. We develop well-thought-out system and software architectures, write clean unit tests and clear specifications, and work hand in hand with our test teams. State-of-the-art tools, DO-178C certification and continuous integration are your everyday toolkit.
For us, leadership does not mean giving instructions, but rather providing guidance and supporting the team both professionally and personally.
