The Schiebel Group of companies is a world-wide high-tech electronic enterprise for Unmanned Air Systems (CAMCOPTER® S-100) and Mine Detection Systems.

Your Duties:

  • You are the primary contact for commercial inquiries of your customers.
  • You will manage customer projects as "CEO of the project", ensuring adherence to time, scope, quality, cost, risk and other related parameters.
  • You will also be responsible for the internal coordination and reporting of all aspects of client contracts with all relevant departments.
  • Creating and maintaining contract overviews to track budget, deliverables, requirements, schedules and risks is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will be responsible for organising regular contract meetings, lessons learned meetings and other meetings.
  • You will also prepare quotations for existing customers and coordinate sales activities with the sales team.
  • In addition you will support the sales team with future sales.

Our Requirements:

  • You ideally have a degree in international business (FH, university).
  • You also have technical knowledge in the fields of mechanics, electronics and software.
  • You have already gained experience in a similar position in a high-tech environment, preferably in aviation, as well as in direct contact with customers (military and civilian).
  • Fluency in English and a good command of written and spoken German are essential.
  • Knowledge of project management and risk management is a prerequisite.
  • Ideally you have experience working for/with East Asian companies. 
  • You are a team player with business acumen, customer focus and analytical skills.
  • You also have intercultural communication, organisational and coordination skills.
  • In stressful situations you are characterised by your ability to remain calm.
  • You think outside the box and are willing to travel worldwide (up to 30%).

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable Collective Agreement of the Metal Industry for salaried employees. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and work experience.
