Your Responsibilities
- Processing components made of composite materials (carbon and glass fiber)
- Sanding, cutting, milling, gluing, drilling, riveting
- Working according to manufacturing instructions and technical drawings
- Assembling flight components with the utmost precision
- Optional business trips after appropriate training
What You Bring
- Craftsmanship training (e.g., carpenter, boat builder, model maker, etc.)
- Experience in manufacturing and processing carbon fiber components
- Understanding of reading technical drawings
- Interest in new materials
- General technical understanding
- Willingness to travel
- Good German skills
- English skills
- Accuracy as an absolute must
- A high level of quality awareness & self-responsibility

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for the metal industry for employees and provides for a minimum gross remuneration of 38,183.60 euros per year. There is a willingness to pay more depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
