Starting from September 2026, we are offering an apprenticeship as an office clerk at our location in Wiener Neustadt with a training duration of 3 years. With us, you are in the middle of the action, not just in the office!
 
As an office clerk, you will become the hub of the company: juggling appointments, invoices, and inquiries while ensuring smooth operations. Whether it's office & travel management, quality management, procurement, marketing, or accounting – you are the organizational control center where all threads come together.

What You Will Learn With Us

  • Digital work with modern office software while considering data protection
  • Office management: appointment scheduling, mail handling, travel organization, and internal communication
  • Procurement: needs assessment, offer comparison, orders, goods receipt, complaints, and warehouse management
  • Sales: customer inquiries, offer preparation, and order processing
  • Marketing: internal communication, PR, events, trade fairs
  • Accounting: bookkeeping, payment transactions, and data preparation

What You Already Bring With You

  • Compulsory school diploma with good grades in German, English, and Mathematics
  • Opportunity for career changers: Or you come from a higher school (e.g., HAK, HAS, HBLA, or HLW) and have realized that you would rather start working in the economy right away.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Enjoyment of organization, numbers, and accuracy
  • Communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Team spirit and reliability – you are someone people can count on

The apprentice compensation is based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry and starts at 935.66 euros gross per month in the first year of apprenticeship. With good grades in vocational school, there are additional bonuses – because performance should pay off!

Start Your Future as an Office Clerk

To give you an idea of what to expect, here’s a transparent look behind the scenes of our selection process:

  • From November 2025, you can apply online. We will then take some time to thoroughly review all applications.
  • In January 2026, we will invite the most interesting candidates to an initial interview via Microsoft Teams.
  • Those who impress here will receive an invitation to the apprentice casting in February 2026. This is your day to get to know us properly: you will see our operations, our departments – and we will see you in action.
  • Two finalists will emerge from the casting, whom we will invite to two trial days – of course, paid – with us. Now it’s time to show that you are passionate about your future profession!
  • After that, the decision is made: We select the top candidate and give the confirmation.
  • The apprenticeship contract is signed – and you still have time until the start in September 2026 to experience something great: travel, gain practical experience, or simply enjoy the summer. The main thing is that you come to us curious, motivated, and full of energy.
