What You Will Learn With Us
- Receiving and inspecting goods: You check deliveries and ensure everything ends up in the right place.
- Order in the warehouse: You know exactly where everything belongs – keeping things organized.
- Keeping track of inventory: You ensure there’s always enough material and nothing gets lost.
- Procuring materials: You make sure production gets what it needs on time.
- Processing documents: You create delivery notes, forms, and other documents accurately and carefully.
- Understanding numbers: You gain insights into accounting and cost management and learn how everything connects.
- Job rotation: You also gain a deeper understanding of other areas like packaging, scheduling, and purchasing.
What You Already Bring With You

- Graduation in hand: You have completed compulsory schooling – good grades in math and English make you even stronger.
- Opportunity for career changers: Or you come from a higher school (e.g., HTL, HAK, HAS, HBLA, or HLW) and have realized you prefer hands-on work.
- Personable type: You enjoy working with others, are polite, curious about the profession, and eager to learn.
- Language skills: German and English are no problem for you.
- Team player: Communication and collaboration are second nature to you – you prefer working in a team rather than alone.

To give you an idea of what to expect, here’s a transparent look behind the scenes of our selection process:
- From November 2025, you can apply online. We’ll take some time to thoroughly review all applications.
- In January 2026, we’ll invite the most interesting candidates to an initial interview via Microsoft Teams.
- Those who impress here will receive an invitation to the apprentice casting in February 2026. This is your day to get to know us: you’ll see our operations, our departments – and we’ll see you in action.
- Two finalists will emerge from the casting, and we’ll invite them to two trial days – of course, paid – with us. Now it’s time to show your passion for your future profession!
- After that, the decision is made: We select the top candidate and give the offer.
- The apprenticeship contract is signed – and you’ll have time until the start in September 2026 to experience something great: travel, gain practical experience, or simply enjoy the summer. The main thing is that you come to us curious, motivated, and full of energy.
